Terms and Conditions

Retainer & Settlement

A non-refundable retainer of 70% is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining 30% balance is due on delivery of your final images and albums.

After the Celebration

Your photographer will provide a flash drive containing JPEGs for selection, based on your chosen package. By the end of the event or the following day, you'll receive preview images for personal and social media use.

Selection & Turnaround

Turnaround time is 14–16 working days after you've made your photo selections. This may vary based on additional deliverables or special requests.

Image Rights & Usage

Libertypictures retains full ownership of all images and may use selected images for portfolio or promotional purposes.
